The cooling system is one of the main components of the laser welding machine. At present, the cooling system of laser welding machine mainly includes water cooling, air cooling, water cooling and air cooling. Water cooling is widely used. Its working principle is:
1. The chiller of laser welding machine is usually equipped with a filter, which can effectively filter out the obvious particles and sundries in the water, maintain the cleanness of the laser pump cavity and prevent the possibility of water blockage.
2. The application of water chiller is pure water or deionized water, which is more beneficial for the pump light source to directly enter the laser material and form a better laser mode.
3. Laser welding machine and water chiller are usually equipped with water pressure gauge, which can understand the water pressure in the laser waterway at a glance.
4. The imported compressor is selected for the chiller, the water tank and water pump are made of stainless steel, and the heat transfer coil is also made of stainless steel, which can fully ensure the stable operation of the chiller, and the refrigeration effect is very good. The temperature accuracy can be achieved within 1 ℃. The smaller the regulated temperature is, the less the laser is affected by the temperature. However, we propose to adjust the temperature difference to about 1 ℃
5. Laser welding machine chillers are usually powered by 220V household electricity, rather than 380V three-phase electricity, which is more conducive to the universality of the equipment.
6. The chiller is equipped with flow protection. When the water flow is less than the set value, there is a signal alarm, which can be used to protect the laser and related devices to dissipate heat.
7. The chiller of laser welding machine has temperature protection. If the temperature is inappropriate, it will also cause signal alarm.
8. And water level alarm.
